However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS ON PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical products bought from us if they are to be returned after we have approved your request to return them must be postmarked within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the purchase date. All of these returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return any physical product or item, please email customer service at support@makuruwan.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges and any other applicable taxes or fees will be paid by you or us. The decision on who is going to pay these fees remains our right and you are to comply without any resistance.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

REFUNDS ON PURCHASED SERVICES

MAKURUWAN services are all information products tried, tested, and proven to work for quite some time now.

If you purchase any of our service(s), implement the strategies, and still don’t see any positive results, then you can contact us within 60 days after 1 year of using our service(s) from the purchase date for a full refund. That’s right, you have 1 year, to put our service(s) to the test.

PLEASE NOTE: All refund requests are rendered invalid, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You are not the legal owner of an established business entity or you are not the owner of the account that was used to purchase anything from this Site and were not at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
  2. You don’t provide us with your proof of purchase of any or all tangible or intangible product that you purchased from Makuruwan Digital Marketing Agency.
  3. You don’t provide evidence that you have implemented all recommendations in our service(s). Evidence includes, but isn’t limited to, completing all tasks we ask you to carry out (only to be verified by MAKURUWAN)
  4. You don’t have a real BUSINESS that you have been growing using our services. 
  5. 60 days after 1 year of using our service(s) not yet reached or exceeded following your purchase of any service(s) from MAKURUWAN.

EXCEPTIONS    

We do not make exceptions to any of our policies due to personal circumstances. We cannot pass judgment on various individual situations and decide which case(s) are genuine or “fair.” It isn’t fair to us or to anyone else to make exceptions for some people and not others.

We reserve the right to evaluate all refund requests and to make a decision accordingly.
